Great Value, Crystal Clear
Bought this for my Savage Mark II FV-SR .22 rifle. It is the perfect scope for target shooting up to about 200 yards. At 100 yards you can see .22 caliber holes in paper so you don't need a spotting scope to go along with it. The optics are really surprisingly clear and brightness is definitely better than adequate at 14x zoom.Clicks are solid and it holds zero. Crosshairs are nice and clean and the middle of the crosshairs gets nice and thin making precision easy. I'd say at 100 yards and full zoom the cross itself covers less than a quarter inch circle. My rifle is a 1MOA gun and I feel this scope was up to the task to take advantage of my rifle's ability.Only note is this isn't a tactical setup. For that you want the APT with exposed turrets and mildot crosshairs. I have subsequently ordered the APT and might return this only because I could use the more tactical setup for my purposes. This scope (the APV) totally lives up to the hype it gets as a giant killer in that it offers stellar performance in the low $100 price range. Anyone giving it 3 stars and saying 'okay for the money' clearly just needed more scope than this for their application, in which case they had no business buying this. Know what you need for your application and if this fits the bill you will be pleased.

Amazing Scope for the $
After reading a lot of forums I found this scope was really highly recommended for 10/22's. The reviews looked great so I went ahead and made the order. I sighted this in last week and was VERY impressed. Once I was on target, I was hitting everything I aimed at with no problems. Easy elevation/windage adjustments, very bright view of your target, and just a great scope. I have nothing bad to say about this scope and highly recommend it!

Decent Scope, Awesome Value
I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I bought this scope. The specs and reviews were good but it is definitely not a high end scope. I am very happy with it. The quality of construction is very good. It seems where they cut costs (at this price costs have to be cut) is in the finish. The edges and the overall finish is not as smooth as the higher end scopes. It's still very nice, but definitely not at the same level. But the performance seems to be top shelf. I didn't have the budget for a higher end scope so I was looking for this exact level of build. I am very happy with the scope and it is an excellent value for the money.

Not a durable scope.
I barely used the scope. It's probably been used a handful of times. Never been dropped, etc.The scope has developed a rattling noise near the parallax adjustment. Obviously, I have lost all confidence in the scope and it will be junked. Mueller has a limited lifetime warranty, but, due to Covid-19, the company is currently shut down. I'm also not willing to spend money to find out whether they will honor the warranty. It's a shame, because the scope really has nice clarity and is reasonably priced. I just expected the scope to be much more durable.

This scope is an excellent value for the money
Clear glass, but the elevation and windage adjustments are mushy. The adjustable objective works very well for parallax adjustment, especially at the high end of magnification. There was minimal prismatic effect or distortion at the edges of the sight picture. The reticule is better suited for hunting than target shooting, but it is adequate in the latter role. The focusing ring at the ocular end is easy to uses and the scope focuses quickly. This is not a lightweight scope, and it seems very durable. Time will tell.Medium rings will work if you don't have a rear iron sight on the barrel. If you do have a rear iron sight on the barrel, you may want to try high rings.

Works well for me!!!!
First off, this was my first scope and other then what I've read about them, I had little idea what to expect or what makes one better then another. All I wanted was a scope that I could see .22 hits at 100 yards. That said, I purchased the Mueller based the specs and reviews I'd found on the net and pretty darn happy I did.I put it on my SS 10/22 carbine along with the recommended rings from the Mueller sight. Installation was a breeze and found initial zero'ing in at 50yrds pretty simple once found where the first shots where hitting. In no time, I was getting groups of 1-1.5" with ease, even with the trashy bulk ammo. When I moved out to 100 yrd I was able to see the hits very well, but that was on the black dirty bird splatter targets. I have not tried standard paper targets. Again zero'ing to 100 was super easy and once that was done both myself and the wife were having a blast plinking 5" clays off the berm at 110 yrds. One shot, one clay, time after time. It was pretty cool and wife thought she was Annie Oakley. My only complaint is that I wish it had some MOA dots or notches below the cross-hairs for bullet drop @ 100+, as I noticed a quite a bit of difference from on brand of ammo to another, but just dialing the Objective Bell out a few extra yards put the cross hair right on.Over all, very happy and give it 2 thumbs up for both from and function. I didn't get the sunshade, as my range is covered.
