I absolutely love these! I’ve repurchased them at least five times now because they actually work. They stay on all night, even if you move around in your sleep, and they’re great at pulling out all the gunk from pimples. They also help keep me from picking at my skin, which is a huge plus. I’ll definitely keep buying these!

They work like a team to eliminate acne and prevent scars entirely. Using these two products together is the magic formula. The patches cover the acne while the Kojic Acid soap applied as a serum on the acne immediately cleans up any minor redness or leftover discoloration. The retinol in the formula quickly dries up the acne. My skin is completely clear, smooth, and even-toned. I highly recommend buying both. I have also noticed that using the kojic acid and retinol combo soap by itself as a target serum on acne without the patch also helps clear up the acne in about 3 days without leaving any traces. I am pleasantly surprised at the easy 1 step, very affordable solution.

I don’t write reviews, but this product took me by surprise. I get these insane blind pimples around the chin area. I had one last week. I applied heat for a while and I could see 4 tiny white spots peaking through. I washed my face and dried it well. I apply one patch before bedtime. In the morning, I could see a white spot in the patch. I peeled it off and those heads finished most of the draining. I applied a little pressure and washed my face. Wry well again. I let it dry completely. I applied another patch and went to work. I got home late afternoon and could see an incredibly huge white circular spot. I took it off and the area was cleaned. I washed the area and applied Neosporin to sleep. In the morning, I barely had a small red spot. I used to go to my dermatologist for these situations and she injected every one of them which was incredibly painful and expensive. I’ve used the Mighty Patch and it was solved my problem without even feeling anything. The picture attached is from the second day and second patch. You can see how much it extracted from deep inside my skin. I absolutely love it. I told my daughter, who is a surgeon, and she has told all her friends. I recommend this product 100%.

Best pimples patches. Just wish they weren’t so expensive. But the only ones that would stay on throughout the night and actually pull stuff from my zit.

They work really well. I use them for a spot on the bridge of my nose because I use a CPAP that irritates the area. My skin remains protected so I don’t have irritation. They also work well on pimples and crazy things like small paper cuts or small burns. They stay on nicely and they don’t hurt when they are removed. I tried a couple of different brands. This size is perfect and they aren’t very expensive. Would recommend.

These are great patches for overnight help with larger pimples. You put it on and forget about it and bam in the morning it gets the gunk out! After feeling the pimple the next day it definitely reduces in size as the patch took most of it out. This is my go-to product for reducing breakouts.

These little circle stickers work very well as long as you follow the instructions for application. I have only had these for a week or so but what I have witnessed it be able to do over one night, the results were undeniable. It completely takes away whatever problem acne you may get. I don’t get a lot but sometimes I have little break outs or one an an ear that is impossible to try and get at. One night with the medicated acne path. Poof, it’s gone by the time I wake up. I heavily recommend this product to anyone looking to get rid of spot acne that just pops up during stressful times or during sweaty unsanitary conditions etc…

Está muy bien el precio por la cantidad de parches, son los mejores parches que he probado, tienes que ponerlos SOLO cuando el grano está grande y completamente blanco (lleno de pus) y al siguiente día al quitártelo puede dejarte un hueco, usa otro para que saque lo restante y cicatrice bien
