Works well for brake pad. I used this on our 2013 honda cross tour brake pad replacement. No issues, and a little goes a long way. This will probably last me for years.

I applied this around small pistons. Quad cylinder caliper on an electric scooter. I trust Permatex to a very high degree. A bit of a niche application, but........ Never any issues with their products. I expect this to be as reliable as anything.

Great for keeping the rotor from seizing on hub. It holds up well and works very well. I actually wouldn’t do a brake job without it. This replaces the red Ceramic Grease. This DOES HAVE CERAMIC IN IT.

Ceramic lubes have reputation for drying out causing sliding parts to stick and therefore brake pads wear prematurely and unevenly. 100 percent silicone lube avoids this. Permatex 24114 Silicone Brake Parts Lubricant Is now my brake lube of choice.
