Perfect chocolate flavor; perfect size nibs; great for topping a frosted cake to give it texture
Delicious to use as a topping for something like a cake. The nibs give the frosting a bit of texture (crunch) and interesting appearance. The cocoa is exactly the strength that I'd expect (the correct cocoa content); the nibs are the right size. We didn't purchase the nibs for health benefits. But we do enjoy putting them on food other than cake (like in granola).

Be prepared, not chocolate that will melt
And it's more of my fault so I Am at least giving them three stars because it's mostly my fault this happened but I didn't realize they were not little pieces of chocolate yet. You had to grind them to get that or put them in as a crunchy piece and I tried them by themselves and I don't think I could ever put that into anything that I make chocolate.
