My husband's hygienist recommended that he use a probiotic because of his gum problems. Never thought I'd hear that. He needed one with 30 billion CFUs. This is the best I could find for him. He's happy.

I am currently halfway through the 50+ Solaray mycrobiome and found it effective for my needs. Purchase this product locally, refrigerated at 29.99 a bottle. Though pricey, it is helping my GI issues ( had some odd burping and constipation). Burping resolved quickly, constipation in about 2 weeks. Drank plenty of water with this along with yogurt for breakfast. Hoping to feel 100% after the bottle is consumed. Everyone systems are different So it might be worth a try.

The only way I could tell if this product was working was when I ran out of it. Reordered it and my system is normalzin again. For me, pre and pro biotics are real difficult to tell if they are working. Its not like a supercharged vitamin that can be felt in the first 20 minutes.

Great probiotic. I like that Solaray tailors these products for age ranges and gender.

Love this product but I am concerned as this product must be refrigerated but is delivered in an open box or bag. When buying in stores, it is in the refrigerator. Please explain.
