The delivery men were amazing !!Moved our car, moved my mobility scooter which was in a storage unit, moved wheelie bins, table, chairs, day bed so much to get the fridge/freezer into the house.They went up & beyond to man handle my huge fridge/freezer into place.They put everything back, even the car !!They were wonderful & should be highly praised for everything they did for me.They were late for the next job coz they helped me so much.I've got brain damage having caught Pneumococcal Meningitis in 2019, they even worried about my insulin that was in the fridge.Thank them so much for being so kind.

With a large group of relations visiting us this Christmas, we thought an additional fridge/freezer would be a good idea. The Supplier’s &The Courier’s Customer Services were excellent. We were informed in good time that the item would be delivered within an agreed time slot, & the 2-man delivery team was very helpful & cheerful. The fridge freezer was delivered on time.We got the thing up & running a few days later & filled it with Christmas stuff.When we switched on the machine, it made a continuous, loud buzzing noise. The Control Panel registered appropriate temperatures, but it soon became evident that these settings bore no relationship to the internal temperatures of the fridge or freezer .The thing wasn’t working! Fortunately we got the Christmas stuff out in timeOn the Dec.23, We contacted the suppliers of the fridge/freezer-‘The Electrical Shop’, who agreed immediately to exchange it for another one. This arrived on the first available day after the Christmas break-Dec. 29.It’s difficult to praise too highly the Suppliers &the Couriers of this item& confirms faith in on-line purchasing. This is how Customer Services should work.Incidentally, the newly arrived Russell Hobbs American style fridge freezer is all we expected it to be. A splendid black, sleek unit that’s silent most of the time. Even when the compressor kicks in its almost inaudible.A satisfied customer

Easy to take doors off and loads of room for food

Loved the design, loved the space, but everything kept freezing in the fridge so just kept spoiling food so had to send it back. Tell you the truth think I got one that had been sent back as it had a scratch & dint on it.

Problems with E5 error , have rebooted several times , any advice on how to fix this from people who have experienced the sMe problem?

Highly recommend this fridge freezer! It's the perfect size for our family of 5 and is really well made and has lots of useful extras, such as built in ice tray, wine rack and temperature display.The sellers service was outstanding! Replied very promptly to emails and was very helpful in every way possible. Excellent delivery service team too. Very happy customer.
