How do I open how do I open this??? this?

I had to throw it away as we couldn't get ours open either! You can't return it or use it what a scam!! Never buy it again!!

Did anyone else that could not figure out how to open the bottle!? Please help me.

I agree it was tough, but it literally pops straight up and off. (You don't have to twist it.) I went through 3 bottles last summer, and once I got the cap off, I kept it off!! (But love this scent so the extra little bother didn't "bother" me!)
