If you like ginger flavor this is for you! It says apple but I thought the flavor is more like gingerale. I add ginger powder and use this with lots of water and ice to help for inflammation. I’ve had other flavors of Poppi which I love but I use very little and lots of water and ice to help me drink more water and less sugary drinks like juice. These have a lot of flavor so for me adding a small amount to a large amount of water and ice is a perfect thirst quenching drink all day.

Poppi soda is the only kind I'll drink. It's refreshing, low sugar, and the probiotic benefits keep my gut happy. I like every flavor that I've tried so far.

Bought these for my granddaughter for a healthier version of soda. The price and quantity compared to the local grocery store was much more affordable. They also had a lot more favor variety to choose from. I enjoy the convivence of it being delivered right to my door. I'm sure I will be ordering them again.
