Works great, priced well
Works really well. Quality is good. I’ve been charging my Series 4 and Series 10 watches with this and have seen no problems so far. I have not utilised the tilt functionality of the charger (you can tilt the magnetic portion where the watch attaches to make it flat, parallel to the base, or make it face you at an angle, which would be helpful if kept at an angle). I just keep it in the flat position and it works fine as I mentioned but if you wanted to use it in the titled position, then in my opinion the magnetic force is string enough to hold the watch that way as-well. If you need an Apple Watch charger to place on a table, this is a good option. Also costs less than the original which makes it a good buy.

Looks good, works well, solidly built
I’ve used a few different charging stand for my Apple ultra 2 watch. Many claim to fast charge but don’t really fast charge. This one actually does fast charge the watch. It’s well built and very stable. Watch sets on it very well. I would buy again. I recommend this unit.
