Whoa! I noticed a huge difference after starting this supplement. I was dubious that it would do much and have never experienced such a notable increase in energy from a supplement before. I am 41 so maybe my body really was starting to produce too little CoQ10 and this was desperately needed? I don't know, but I'm a fan. My energy lasts through the day but I still sleep well at night. No side effects yet, and it's been about 3 weeks.

I have taken COQ10 before but I've never felt good like I do after I take Qunol COQ10. I feel better. I believe when they say it's absorbed better. My cardiologist put me on COQ10 for my heart. I chose Qunol because of better absorption. I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend it!
