By far the best I have tried. Zero GI Issues, packed with Carbs. Best in the Game by a mile

This is by far the easiest gel to take down for me taste and texture wise. Doesn’t affect my stomach at all. I have used these for several marathons and long runs. I’ve tried dozens of other gels out there and these are the only that remain constant for me. They’re pricier, but to me they’re totally worth it to buy for races because I know the quality is great and they’ll keep me going the whole race. I’m my opinion, the consistency is a cross between marshmallow and jello and it has a very mild sweet flavor that doesn’t stick in your mouth.

Great taste.It really helps with energy and endurance. I use it when cycling.

Amazing gels that have a jelly like texture. Not cheap but worth the money.

Als leistungsorientierter Langstreckenläufer, der zwei Marathons, drei bis vier Halbmarathons und mehrere andere Wettkämpfe pro Jahr absolviert, hört oder liest man früher oder später von diesem Produkt. Zwar wirkt der hohe Preis zunächst abschreckend, aber ich wollte wissen, ob dahinter nur warme Marketing-Luft oder ein wirklich wirksames Produkt steckt.Ich habe mehrere Trainingsstrecken mit 30+ km und einen Halbmarathon-Wettkampf mit diesen Gels absolviert und muss sagen: Sie sind echte Gamechanger. Sie wirken schnell und sorgen für eine konstante Energiezufuhr, ohne dass Magenbeschwerden, Säureentwicklung oder ein unangenehmer Nebengeschmack auftreten. Die Konsistenz ist ganz anders als bei anderen Gels: viel weniger flüssig, eher etwas glibbrig, fast wie Gummibärchen. Dadurch kann auch nichts ungewollt auslaufen und die Hände verkleben. Ich esse und trinke im Alltag fast nie Zuckerhaltiges (keine Cola, Limonade etc.) und bei anderen Gels hatte ich durch die künstlichen Geschmackszusätze (Kirsche, Minze, Cola …) immer ein wenig Übelkeit (verstärkt an warmen Tagen wo daraus eine herrliche Brühe wird).Vor allem aber denke ich, dass man durch die reibungslose Verdauung einen richtigen Boost-Effekt spürt, der auch lang anhaltend wirkt (ca. 25–30 Minuten). Deshalb klare Kaufempfehlung! Ich möchte jedoch hinzufügen, dass die Wahl des Gels sehr individuell ist und jede Person anders reagiert. Probiert euch also durch, ich werde wohl nicht mehr wechseln.
