Buyer Beware!My experience with this seller has been extremely disappointing. The product I received was defective and did not function from the moment it was delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller.What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of effective after-sales support. Despite reporting what appeared to be a manufacturing defect, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. This has left me with a product that was unusable.I also expected a much better customer experience from Amazon. Customers should not have to struggle to get help when they receive a defective product. I hope Amazon reviews the performance of third-party sellers more strictly and takes appropriate action against those who consistently fail to provide adequate customer support.Until this seller demonstrates reliable product quality and customer service, I would advise other buyers to exercise caution before purchasing.

OK, so as a Med/Peds physician practicing for over 25 years, I was skeptical about an all electronic stethoscope. I will say that in pulmonary mode, it really enhances lung sounds and works fantastically. The same can be said for the cardiac mode, and the "wide" setting is a good balance of both, and what really good for peds. I don't like to say that it's a true "3-lead" EKG, as it's more of a rhythm strip--but still useful in a pinch. The only thing for peds is that the head is a little big and you can have a hard time getting good contact with the chest in kiddo's <1yr old. Also, I don't use the AI feature at all--I'm old school.Other than that, the battery life is great. I'm charging it once a month with daily use in a busy office. The sleep function is nicely thought out, and by merely picking up the head with my index and middle fingers it turns on again just about instantly. The only issue--and not a big one, is that it's only electronic, so if the battery dies or it breaks, you can't use it at all. I also don't like that they already have obsolescence built right in by making it a rechargeable battery. I loved my Littman 3200 with the single AA battery but I broke the small plastic screen on it. Overall, I really like this product and would recommend it to others.

I am a PA and this is a lifesaver. I work in a crowded Emergency room and the noise reduction + amplification is the best thing this product offers. Its loud, crisp sounds that you can't get with a traditional stethoscope, not even the high end littmann cardiology stethoscopes
