I’ve been using the True Sea Moss 5-in-1, and I’m honestly impressed by how noticeable the benefits have been for me. First, my acne, which normally flares up badly, has completely calmed down. That alone was huge for me, but what really surprised me was my energy level. I usually feel exhausted and unmotivated by noon, but after taking this consistently, I had steady energy throughout the day and actually felt fine continuing my tasks without crashing. The taste is really enjoyable, which makes it easy to take daily. I also ordered another flavor from them, and I’ve been doing one spoonful of this flavor and one spoonful of the other, which I love. Another unexpected benefit was my hair. It feels noticeably smoother, softer, and honestly a bit fuller. I can feel the difference just running my fingers through it. If something can calm my acne and improve my energy and hair this noticeably, I’m excited to see how continued use supports my health long term. Definitely sticking with this.

I got the Ashwagandha flavor after comparing benefits and reviews of the flavors and I regret purchasing the double pack for my first purchase and also this flavor because now I am stuck having to choke down this disgusting flavored sea moss. The reviews that say the taste for this one was good or at least tolerable, your taste buds must be stronger than mine. This is the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. It literally makes me gag. I tried it straight up and couldn't do it so I tried mixing it into a protein shake and could still taste the revolting flavor, just mixed with a hint of vanilla now. Idk how I'm going to get through both bottles, but I need to because I'm not letting the money go to waste. I definitely learned my lesson....don't buy the two pack for a better deal without trying the flavor first.

Two weeks in and proper digestion is starting up. A less bloated feeling. I have had sea moss before and it tasted horrific but this actually makes it bareable. Great taste.
