picked up the Quaker Chewy Chocolate Dipped granola bars variety as a snack-to-go and was pleasantly surprised. The chocolate coating adds a nice sweet finish without being overly rich, and the chewy oat center holds together well — not dry or crumbly like some cheaper bars. They’re a convenient size for lunchboxes or an afternoon pick-me-up, and the texture strikes a good balance between soft and substantial. What really sells them is the price: for the quality and taste you get, these are cheaper than many branded snack bars and a smart everyday choice. If you’re watching sugar, they’re not guilt-free, but portion-wise they’re reasonable. Overall a solid, affordable snack that hits the chocolate craving without breaking the bank. Would buy again.

For starters, I love granola bars! These are absolutely great due to the chocolate added throughout. The only negative point I have for these granola bars is that they are quite difficult to bite into. Also, when you do bite into one, the first few chews are difficult too. I admit that I have some tooth problems so that may add to my chewing of the... but anyway, if others out there have similar problems, I'm just explaining what is.

Arrived on a hot day and I was worried that the coating may have melted or might be gross. I bought them to take to a school and not actually for myself, but I tasted one because teenagers are notoriously picky. So I opened one dipped one tried i.t it was well wrapped in a printed foil wrapper, fresh, tasty, with a good coating (I was surprised I liked the coating honestly. I dont generally like basic chocolatey or possibly artificial choco coated stuff) and in good condition, the bars are narrower than they used to be in narrower than shown in the pictures that are enlargements from the 1980s style bar that was about 50% wider. However, it’s still a good variety. I work in a school and I will take them to school and give them to the students when they come in for testing. I bought the extra big box because I have raided the supplies in the coaches office next to me for this purpose so I will be tossing some into his bin for his athletes and this is perfect for that overall this is a good product at a fair price. The 80s are gone. Everything has gotten smaller and the reality is this was the best bargain I could find and they do taste good and they are fresh, look bright and cheery and oversll good for taking to a school of hungry teenagers. Would buy again.
