This arm elevation pillow was just what I needed after breaking my wrist this winter. My doctor recommended keeping my arm elevated while sitting or sleeping. I wanted something stable and supportive, that wouldn’t shift easily. The memory foam was comfortable, and the material covering it was very soft against my skin. The angled incline kept my arm elevated at the right height, which helped reduce swelling. I loved the convenient outer pocket, which held the included gel ice pack in place. This elevated pillow was not only sturdy, but was also lightweight enough to move easily from the bed to the couch. Overall, it comfortably cradled my arm and provided support during recovery. I would highly recommend it to anyone recovering from a wrist or arm injury.

Used it for my right wrist fracture while in an ER plaster cast and later a removable molded cast. It's was more versatile than expected. The elbow support can be attached flat or sort of upward. The cold pack works very well in the convenient pocket and re-freezes quickly. The additional insert is thin but that made it all the more versatile, tucking it on either side or putting it under the arm.

This is exactly what I needed to keep my arm elevated to reduce swelling in a stroke affected hand. As anyone with this condition knows, the hand swelling causes severe pain and severely limits the possibility of trying to exercise the hand. The hand needs to be kept elevated most of the time to avoid this. Regular pillows don't really help anywhere near as much as this grooved arm elevator. The shape of it and extras it has make it far more effective. Sometimes things I buy on Amazon are not always what they promise to be, but this item was exactly as it was described. I gove it a 5 out of 5. There are other similar arm elevation pillows on Amazon BUT they often don't have the gel pack, the extra gel insert pillow, or the elbow rest. Those features are what makes this hand elevation device better than the rest. When we opened the plastic, the pillow quickly snapped into the proper shape and size which tells me that the materials used are quality. The outer cover is very soft and comfortable. They used the perfect material to cover it. The size is perfect.

Super soft fabric. Very comfortable. Ice pack is awesome. Minor issue with extender that velcros on to the end- would like a little more stability, but I guess with Velcro, that is a little difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I had thumb surgery and used this for sleeping. It worked perfectly to keep my hand elevated and the ice pack was a bonus.
