Little Remedies Products contain: No Pseudoephedrine No Alcohol No Artificial Colors Review: Step 1 of the one-two punch that finally stopped my nosebleeds. - Authority: I’m a retired physician, but also a patient who struggled with painful crusting, scabs, and repeated nosebleeds. My ENT recommended using saline spray first to clear the passages, followed by Ayr Saline Gel to protect them. This simple combo has been life changing. Pros: Moisturizes and loosens dried membranes and crusts instantly Flushes out allergens, debris, and irritants so passages start clean Non-medicated, safe for daily use for both kids and adults Easy to use, widely available, inexpensive Sets the stage for longer-lasting relief with Ayr gel Cons: Works quickly but doesn’t protect long-term (that’s what the gel is for) Spray pressure can feel strong if you’re very sensitive (tilt your head slightly forward for comfort) Helpful Tips: Always spray first → then blow gently → then apply Ayr gel. That sequence is key. Keep one at home and one in a travel bag, dry hotel and airplane air are some of the worst triggers. Use especially during allergy season or after frequent nose blowing. Safe enough for kids with recurrent nosebleeds, but powerful enough for adults. Comparison / Context: Saline spray alone = short-term moisture. Ayr gel alone = long-term protection. Together = the “rinse and seal” approach ENTs recommend. This is what finally stopped my cycle of painful clots and repeat ER visits. Bottom Line: Speaking as both a retired physician and a patient: this spray is the essential first step in a proven one-two punch. Spray first, then gel. Simple, safe, inexpensive, and the most effective way I’ve found to prevent painful, crusty, scabby noses for both adults and kids. Review: Helpful Saline Nasal Spray for Babies - My baby sometimes wakes up during the night with mucus in the nose and nasal congestion, and this product has helped a lot. After using it, within about 15 minutes the nose is much clearer. It works even better if you help remove the mucus afterward because it makes everything easier for the baby. You do need to hold the baby well while applying it because babies usually don’t like the feeling inside their nose, but overall it’s a very helpful product.

Helped get over cold faster
These saline drops worked really well for my baby when they were congested. Easy to use and gentle without causing any irritation. I like that it helped loosen everything up pretty quickly, especially before bedtime. Definitely something I’ll keep stocked at home because it made a noticeable difference.

Worked Great for my Kitty Cat!
This was great for my little Tilly KITTY. It helped to naturally clear her tiny nose when she had allergies and when her upper respiratory infection was beginning. Highly recommend!

Loosens Up Mucus
This spray is so effective! It loses up my baby’s and toddler’s mucus to be able to suction it out afterwards. It is super quick and easy to use. Great value for how cheap it is! I have bought it multiple times now.
