I always remembered my dreams. After a month of using it, I'm now able to preview my dreams while I'm still asleep and chose to go fully into it or drop it and wait for the next dream to start developing. So yes I'm able to dream rather quickly when going to bed. And I have at least 5-6 dreams/night. & remember them all without needing to write them down. A few days ago, I noticed that I've become conscious of the moment my body starts twitching before falling into sleep. I hypothesis that within a year, I'll be crossing into my dreams while being somewhat very conscious, if not fully. My first sip was so bitter, but my taste buds got used to it now, and now I enjoy drinking it dark. Also keep at it even it you don't see any results.
