Is this item slightly bendable ?

No. It's hard. My 3 y/o Lab usually doesn't like hard toys, but he likes this one and it has tooth marks in it. He hasn't damaged it or removed any pieces. Avoid having it dropped on bare toes on a hard surface if possible. :-) Buddha is HARD on toys and this one is holding up.

Is this non toxic? If made in China I'm guessing it is toxic.

I would stay away from red and dark green, known for lead. They sent toys from China that had red and green dye that was toxic.
