I am so impressed with the quality of the product and customer service from this company! They backed this product 100%! The Fabric Is Not Soft
After looking at several pads, I settled on this one because it advertised that the fabric was "very soft," and softness is important to me. While it may be 100% cotton, it feels like the upholstery used on outdoor lawn furniture, in other words, canvas. It is not soft! The last microwaveable heating pad I had was made with a thick cotton sheet. That was soft and felt wonderful on my feet when I went to bed. This product does not.With that being said, I like the way the pad heats up. It heats up in three minutes in my medium powered microwave, and holds the heat for about 20 minutes outside the covers and much longer under the covers. The pad is on the small side, but I knew that when I ordered it, so I can't complain about that.I went ahead and gave this product four stars despite the fact that it is falsely advertised to be "very soft." False advertising really aggravates me, but it is a good product in every other way and giving it less than four stars just seems wrong. But, hopefully, this review will help someone avoid this product if they are looking for a truly soft heating pad.

I bought this product for neck tension pain and for cramping and it works great! Very well made . Judy bought two more for my daughters for Xmas!

Not bad
Easy to use and effective, but heat dissipates quicker than other types of bags, and the size is smaller than expected. Very nice outer cover and bag material.

Holds heat well and like the removable cover. Not thin cloth like some bags. Nice cover choices
