It’s hard to find fillers that work in fitness competition bikinis (that don’t cost a fortune) but these are perfect!! The adhesion is the best of any sticky bra I have ever tried! There is no risk of it falling out on stage, which is what matters most to me. Lol!The shape and way it is padded make it blend in really well and you don’t see the outline of it through the fabric. They fit well inside the cups of the suit, are easy to stick in, hold up well even with sweat and work great!

I lost weight and I used to be a 38DD, now down to a 36C and struggling to fill out tops. I have never worn padded inserts before, so my review may be skewed by that fact.That being said, the large size seems to fit nicely, the contoured shape adds lift well, if not a naturally full look. They are best in a fitted top, like a bra or bikini. I had hoped these would work for dresses and tops that I cannot wear a bra with, but they really don't seem to provide much lift or support without to structure of a fitted top.They stick well, but aren't terrible to peel off after wearing. I wish they had some sort of case or bag to store them in after wearing. They have their plastic you will want to save to protect the stickiness, but outside of that, I will have to come up with some sort of plan around that.
