The suction is strong and picks up fine dust and dirt from corners with ease. The robot mapped my home layout quickly and even identified furniture on its own,can also manually add furniture in the app and set it to avoid certain areas. It’s very smart and accurate. I was worried it wouldn’t handle my thick rug in the living room, it had no problem climbing onto the carpet and cleaning it thoroughly. The app also allows me to divide cleaning zones—my kitchen is about 6m² and it only took 6 minutes to finish both vacuuming and mopping, with excellent results! My home has wooden floors, so I was concerned the mopping might leave puddles or too much water. Surprisingly, the floor dried in about 30 seconds with no visible puddles at all. The mopping is very gentle and precise. The robotic arm is awesome—it picked up my slippers, cleaned under them, then put them back. Totally beyond what I expected from a robot vacuum! I used to think robot vacuums were just for light cleaning, but this one actually replaced my need for manual cleaning. It saves me so much time and effort every day!

Great item

A huge waste of money. I’ve owned five different Roborock vacuum cleaners and the incremental upgrades to each one have been good. The addition of a robot arm, however, is where the improvement ends. If it worked, it would be a really useful support for me, but I have had one or two socks and a slipper picked and put where it was supposed to go. Most of the time though, it just misses a shoe or sock completely. If it gets to the stage where it actually picks something up, it normally drives around in circles a few times and then puts the item back down in the general location where it picked it up from. Not heavy, not too big, it just doesn’t work. I have lost a lot of confidence in the brand, now that they have released a very expensive item and misrepresented what it can do.

Good fun, picks up well, but need to do a room by room, zone by zone if you have pets, kids. It doesn't deal too well with bigger messes.

I really like this Robot Vacuum. The performance of vacuuming and mopping has been great. My main area of disappointment is the Robot Arm which so far has failed every single time and is more of a gimmick. This isn’t a cheap robot so I didn’t expect the arm to be as bad as it is. I try to always clear the floors but there has been a handful of occasions where I’ve missed something. The last time the arm activated it picked up a slipper so I did watch it in action. It danced in a circle, dropped the slipper. The proceeded to hit the arm against my sofa… Bit bizarre and not what I’d expect from such an expensive gadget.

Eravamo scettici in generale se avere un robot, e quindi dopo mesi di info su quale prendere abbiamo preso questo credendo fosse il migliore. Lava e aspira bene, molto meglio di come ci si aspetta. Fa di sicuro l’ordinario bene basta farlo passare magari un paio di volte a settimana. planimetria perfetta. Attenzioni agli ostacoli praticamente perfetta, quanto al lavaggio si avvicina veramente ai bordi come io per primo non credevo possibile. Ce l’abbiamo da 5 mesi ormai e anche si rompesse oggi lo riprenderemmo comunque. Premetto che non abbiamo animali ma “solo” bambini, quindi non so come tira su peli o robe del genere. Riesce a fare un lavaggio/aspirazione con prestazioni elevate con la batteria ma parliamo di 120mq comunque nel caso va a ricaricarsi e poi riprende. L’App è presocche perfetta, ti fa scegliere cose che nemmeno con le penseresti tu come fare (tipo le impostazioni sui tappeti) Certo se ci mettiamo con lo spazzolino nelle fughe forse qualcosa caviamo fuori ma voglio dire è veramente ottimo. E ripeto eravamo scettici, totalmente ricreduti. Ci sono anche i vari pezzi di ricambio come filtri e spazzole che comunque durano molto. Consigliano di pulirlo saltuariamente nelle componenti più sensibili, ma comunque l’App ti dice anche tutto ciò che sono le pulizie e le sostituzioni. Non so come siano gli altri magari funzionano bene uguale, questo più che consigliato. Costicchia ma per ora soldi ben spesi .

Por suerte o por desgracia, este año he tenido el Roomba Combo J9+ y este Roborock. El roomba, me empezó a dar problemas con el sistema de fregado y el servicio técnico es un auténtico desastre, tras tres meses peleándome con ellos, conseguí que la devolución del dinero por parte del establecimiento de compra. En comparativa, ambos aspiran increíblemente bien y hacen un fregado más que aceptable. Después de probar ambos, Roborock supera ligeramente a al J9+ en algunas cosas y en otras saca una ventaja descomunal: - Friega ligeramente mejor. - Tiene más opciones de programación: más niveles de aspirado y fregado, puedes indicar al Robot el tipo de suelo y además la orientación del mismo para que realice un mejor fregado y también puedes controlarlo en remoto. - Limpia y seca la mopa de fregado, mientras que en el otro, tienes que hacerlo de forma manual, lo cual era algo absurdo, ya que si tiene una base, es precisamente para automatizar todo, de nada vale que se vacie solo y se rellene solo, si hay que ir igualmente a limpiar la mopa. - Donde más he apreciado diferencia es en como se orienta este robot, el mapeado lo hizo en nada, salva mejor los obstáculos y se mueve de forma más eficiente e inteligente, una de las pocas cosas que me decepcionó del J9+ de irobot, fue en esto, ya que se orientaba igual de mal que un robot de gama más baja. En este en cambio se ve un salto notable.

Son petit frère m’a convaincu Ayant profité des blacks Friday pour acheter le Roborock S7 Max Ultra, j’ai très vite été conquis par la qualité de son nettoyage et sa facilité d’utilisation. Mais mon seul problème était qu’ayant plusieurs étages à la maison, je n’aimais pas l’idée de devoir à chaque fois le changer d’étage (uniquement le robot en lui-même, pas la station), car du coup il ne pouvait plus accéder à sa station pour se vider, se remplir d’eau ou s’autonettoyer, etc. (malheureusement, il ne monte pas encore les escaliers). Du coup, j’ai fini par acheter son grand frère, le Roborock S8 Pro Ultra pour l’utiliser dans mon salon, cuisine, etc., pour ne plus a avoir à descendre le S7. Et que vous dire, si ce n’est qu’il est encore plus efficace que le S7 Max Ultra, avec sa double brosse, sa détection d’objet, etc. Il nettoie et aspire vraiment très bien et en profondeur, qu’il ne nécessite absolument pas que je repasse derrière lui, ni même que je vérifie son travail. Et comme pour le S7, l’entretien de ce S8 est très facile, et ne vous prendra que très peu de temps. Il en est e même pour l’application dédiée, qui est vraiment très bien faite, très claire et surtout très facile à prendre en main. Je suis vraiment très satisfait de cet achat, car il me facilite vraiment la vie en plus de me faire gagner énormément de temps. Alors, si vous avez les moyens de vous offrir ce petit robot aspirateur, je ne peux que vous le conseiller, car il fait vraiment très bien son boulot et il vous fera gagner énormément de temps. Et si vous le trouvez un peu trop cher, sachez que son petit frère (S7 Max Ultra) qui a quasi les mêmes fonctionnalités, coute un peu moins cher, et fait aussi très bien ce pour quoi il est fait. Dans tous les cas, je recommande sans la moindre hésitation cette marque (et ce quel que soit le modèle que vous achetez), car leurs appareils sont vraiment de très bonne qualité en plus de vraiment très bien remplir leur fonction de nettoyage.
