3rd order and 1st order of BioAstin arrived in perfect condition! 2nd order was a fiasco*. I only risked ordering again because I think the pills really help my dry eye condition. * 2nd order was unusable, pills all glued together, and unfortunately was not eligible for return or refund, so $28+ lost.

I started with the 12mg. Got severe headaches, pain with bloating, and diarrhea. I have Hashimoto’s and really wanted this to see if it could help with symptoms at all. So, just ordered the 4mg bottle. If it works, I’ll try to adjust the dosage up in increments. Two days after stopping the 12mg: I did notice one thing for me. It actually helped my eyes not be so dry and crusty in the morning. Because that had come back. I will update later, only been on the 4mg for 2 days. Fingers crossed !
