Very small capsule which I love. Take to support mitochondria function as I have a neuromuscular condition. Who knows if it’s helping but I’m doing everything possible to help my condition.

There hasn't been a new vitamin added to the "list" in decades, but PQQ -- as a coenzyme -- is that important. You'll only take 1 per day, typically without food and not too close to bedtime -- it adds energy. So for the price, you're getting a 2-month supply, which is excellent. And the (so-far) recommended dose is 10-20mg / day. Each capsule is 20mg, so that's a match. I'm completely satisfied, and Double Wood is my go-to company for several products, including this.
