How can I get my chair looking its best?

It needs a good plump and someone to sit in it. Fresh out the box, give it a shake and break it in. Use it for a day or two and let the bean bag settle into that perfect shape. They look best lived-in, promise.

Are these bean bags made to proper UK safety standards?

Absolutely. Fire resistant to UK FR standard (BS 5852 Part 1:1979) meaning materials pass strict UK furniture safety tests. Fully compliant, fully tested, and ready to sink into, care free.

Will there be a “new product” smell when I receive it?

Fresh filling can sometimes have a slight smell when new - nothing to worry about. With normal ventillation, this will disappear in a few days.

How do I stop my bean bag going flat over time?

Give it a shake and plump every few weeks, like fluffing a pillow, just bigger. The beans compress with use but bounce back with encouragement. If it needs a top-up, we sell refill beans too.

My bean bag is too full/soft, how can I fix this?

Good news - it's an easy fix. Simply remove or add filling until it feels just right. Comfort is personal, so adjust it to suit you.
