Don’t bother with this item
Managed to get the first plug paired to my WiFi after about 5 attempts, I initially thought this was down to the network provider service being down for the daySo was relieved when I finally got it to connect. When trying to connect the 2nd plug it just would not pair with my WiFi, and not only that the first plug then became unpaired too. Tried for about an hour, switching everything off and turning on again etc etc, gave up and sent them back.

Product does not work
Could not get product to work and sync with the recommended app to download.I have an Echo Show as well as an Echo dot which have no issues connecting to my super fast broadband.The plugs are badly made, designed and I would not recommend purchasing.
