What is the milk content

My bottle of the Rich Chocolate Flavor lists the ingredients as follows: Water, MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, vegetable oil and so on........ I do not know what milk protein concentrate is - don't know if it's truly a dairy type milk or what. To contact the Boost "Nutrition Team", the toll free phone number on my bottle is 1-800-247-7893. My bottle does state that the product is suitable for lactose intolerance (but not for individuals with galactosemia). My bottle also states that their website is www.boost.com ----- I've tried their other flavors and the Rich Chocolate is really good, even better than Glucerna's chocolate.
