Great product, well made and exactly as depicted. Installation was quick and easy. My only issue was the provided concrete drill bit doesn’t fit in a conventional impact drill chuck. Only suitable for rotary hammer drills which most DIY homeowners wouldn’t typically have.

Very nice product! Was actually very balanced so when installed, easy to hold in place. Unfortunately, directions don't give any help on how far apart they should be, or how far from the pool edge. After a lot of research found good info from California's codes. They say distance apart, 33-38 inches. I found 34 inches worked best for me. To position them, using the bottom rail, line up where is starts to bend with the edge of the pool. For my kidney shaped pool, that was about 7.5 Inches.

Kudos to all involved in the manufacturing and packaging of this hand rail. It was wrapped with utmost care and even came with a pad for scrubbing any tarnishing. :) Most importantly; great screws, metal anchors and the proper drill bit were included. The ad shows drilling into a wood deck but, with some doing, patience, a hammer drill and appropriate socket wrench - the installation was a breeze in my concrete deck. Thanks Vevro etal.

Great for the price, sturdy. The blue thing fades quickly but has not fall aprt yet. Still a good value.

This was fun to install after I watched a couple videos on line. I had the 18 by 38 ft. pool installed about 1974 and mostly younger children had no difficulty climbing in and out with no mishaps. Now my friends and guests are older as am I, some with disabilities, and I finally got around to installing railing at the shallow end of the pool. I chose the set that had the blue covering easy to install over or under the railing white padding. At 92 I was still able to drill the holes and screw in the ingenius screws that were supplied and the railing is very secure. Almost everyone uses the railing and are happy it is here.

Overall the rail looks good and arrived well packaged and should be a relatively easy install. With that said, the instructions are very, very poor simply showing a diagram of the rail and 3 bolts. It does not give the measurement of the bolts or information about the tools included or required for the installation. Now most handy people would not need much of instruction but for those that don't do a lot of home improvement it might be another story. There is a bit included which I think is a 12mm SDS bit for drilling into concrete. SDS bits are not used on regular drills and this bit would not even fit a SDS-Plus bitted hammer drill. Try and find a 12mm hammer drill bit by a known tool company, very difficult. So in short, the included "tools" are pretty useless. You will need to approximate and find your own bit to drill the holes. Im planning on using a 7/16 SDS plus bit (slightly smaller than 12mm) and hopefully that will do the trick of drilling into the concrete pool decking. There are a few good videos on installs online.

Great product. Solid , easy to install. Really helped my ability to get in and out of the pool.

Delusione totale….montato in Aprile 2025 e fin da subito i pezzi sotto acqua hanno iniziato ad ossidarsi e a formare ruggine…

Vraiment très bien. A voir dans la durée. J’avais penser que 2 rampes étaient nécessaires mais une à suffit.
