I’ve been very happy with this hotspot overall. The device itself works exactly as I hoped it would. The connection has been reliable, speeds have been good, and it’s been a great option when I need internet on the go. My one complaint isn’t with the hotspot itself but with the website used to purchase data. It works, but the site has a very sketchy appearance and doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re entering payment information. Everything ended up being fine, but the experience could definitely benefit from a more professional-looking platform. As for the hotspot, no complaints. In fact, I like it so much that I superglued a Tile tracker to it because I know myself well enough to understand that anything small and useful is eventually going to vanish into another dimension. The device has performed reliably, the connection quality has been solid, and I’d happily recommend it. Just don’t judge it by the website. The hotspot itself is much better than the first impression the data portal gives.

I ordered this device to use with my DMR hotspot on the go. I drive a semi and go in and out of coverage a lot. This thing is not dependent on any single network provider it will work on all three major companies. There is a slight lag when changing provider but nothing to serious. I had to change the SSID and password to match my Wi-Fi at home, but that was easy to do and works flawlessly. I can also keep my laptop and my tablet connected to the internet with this. It is much better than trying to use my phone as a mobile hotspot. As you can see in the picture I haven't mounted to a battery pack with my DMR hotspot, the battery pack is to power the hotspot as this device has its own power. It is truly grab and go and I can use my DMR radio anytime anywhere

I’ve used this portable WiFi device for about four months, and it has worked great for me. I tested it at two business events, at work, and even at my house. I worked at the events in a rural part of Florida with a very weak phone signal, but this device gave me full bars. It was easy to connect my Shopify POS system, my phone, and my friend’s phone. My friend couldn’t upload a social media post before, but once he connected to this device, it uploaded right away. It works with Android, iPhone, and Shopify devices with no problems. Paying for data is simple. I bought more data than I needed, and the service time ran out before I used it all. I thought the leftover data was gone, but the company told me they would give it back next time as a kind gesture. That was really nice of them. Just make sure to plan your data so you use it before the service date ends. If you need help, their customer service is very friendly and quick to respond. One thing to know is that the device can get pretty hot if it’s in the sun or in a warm place. I kept it in the shade and used a small fan to help cool it down, and it worked fine. Just try not to leave it in direct sunlight. Overall, this is a great device for travel, events, and places with weak signal.
