Check your purchase when it arrives
Love this line of stoneware. It's beautiful and unique! I purchased two mugs back in Aug, one for my husband and one for me. When it arrived I put the box in my closet until Dec., and wrapped my hubbys for Christmas. Forgot about mine, and just pulled it out of the box last night. Used it this morning and unfortunately I discovered that mine has a hairline crack (and leaks). Since its been a few months, I obviously can't exchange it. I just reached out to the seller to notify, since this made it through their QC. The second mug is fine. The packaging was very good, so I don't think it happened during delivery. I will probably purchase from this seller again, my intention is to urge you to open and inspect your purchase on arrival and learn from my mistake.As a follow-up, the seller refunded my purchase. I will be reordering a replacement. Thank you!

Beautiful, but too heavy for practical use
Artwork, design is very beautiful, but mug itself is extremely heavy. 1.8 lbs. to be exact, almost 2 lbs., without any liquid. Not really a practical mug for coffee or tea, especially if you one to walk around with it.Would buy more if artist could find a way to make them weigh a lot less.

Beautiful mug
This mug is beautifully colored substantial heavy perfect for a deep cup of coffee cocoa for your favorite hot beverage. However I have a problem with this particular vendor, when I received the mug it was wrapped in a little bubble wrap no individual box and shipped in a big box that caused the mug to chip. By the mug but maybe try a different source on Amazon .

Big, Heavy Artistic Mug
Although the artistry of this mug is awesome, the weight is very HEAVY to use for coffee in the morning. Think I’ll put my pens and pencils in it for my office! Suggest thinning out mug to make it lighter to handle!
