Directions Use for seasoning, toasting, baking and more. Ideal for beginners and professional chefs. No special preparation is required, but it is recommended to handle with care. Review: High-Quality Salt We Keep Coming Back To - This has become a staple in our kitchen and a regular reorder. The coarse flakes have a clean, pure taste that really enhances food without being overly salty. It’s perfect for seasoning steaks, roasting vegetables, and even finishing dishes. I like that it’s non-iodized, non-GMO, and made in the USA, it feels like a higher-quality option compared to standard table salt. The 12oz lasts quite a while, but we always end up restocking because it’s become our go-to. If you cook often and want a simple way to upgrade your dishes, this is worth keeping on hand. Review: Free from heavy metals and is good tasting salt - We stumbled upon this salt because of Lead Safe Mama/Tamara Rubin’s independent testing for heavy metals in salt. There are currently only 2 other salts on the market that she has found to have no heavy metals just like Jacobsen’s Sea Salt from Oregon. With there being so few salts low in heavy metals, I was concerned I wouldn’t like this salt due to lack of options. Fortunately this has been a good addition in our home. It tastes nice and the larger texture makes it easy to oversalt things, however sometimes that’s a good thing. We have a lot of salt lovers in our home who enjoyed really tasting it and the larger texture helps. We will be buying again.

Great low heavy metal salt
Love this salt. Only salt we use for my toddler knowing it’s approved to be low heavy metals but it’s much cheaper buying it directly on the website which is why I gave it 4 stars. Ended up just going and buying a 4 pack on the Jacobson website. Overall great salt though we love it

Heavy metal free
Tamara @ Lead Safe Mama has tested this brand as free of heavy metals as shown on her site. I was shocked at the poor results of other popular brands That was all the endorsement I needed. I rarely use salt. But good to have on hand for other family members who do and for the recipes I make for others. Pretty pricey for the size of the container. I'm sure it's cheaper elsewhere. The only reason it looses a star, is because it can be clumpy when shaking out if you don't really give the box a good shake before using.
