Great product
Accidentally order flakes instead of pieces, but like it better. Great for my HMDSmoothie.

You might need this.
I haven’t tried other brands because I’ve been happy with this one. I use salt with no iodine and so I add a scant tablespoon of these flakes to my smoothie every day. I’ve done no research about this, but it seems like a good idea to me.
