Taste/consistency is okay fresh. Taste/consistency is awful when reheated

They taste and consistency is alright when made fresh (I used some Rao’s marinara sauce from Costco). The taste and consistency after reheating the leftovers on day 2 was awful. I recommend only cooking however much you plan on eating fresh. Don’t bother refrigerating and microwaving leftovers unless you want to be severely disappointed.
