These are luv’s not pampers but yes your order will be the same every month until you change the size. Amazon will never change the product size without you initiating it.

Is the price the same as first order

Pretty sure the diapers prices have stayed steady. Some item prices on the subscribe and save option have fluctuated but they always notify you and it’s due to inventory price change.

does this come with the strip that tells if its wet or not?

Yes, since july of 2019 they started coming with the strip. At least in size 4 they did.
