Good for Gluten-Free Roti, But Needs Mixing with Other Flou
The flour is good quality and works well for gluten-free rotis, but it’s a bit hard to roll out on its own. I had to mix it with another gluten-free flour from a different brand to get the right texture. Overall, works great, just needs a little adjustment
