these are will finished and expect no belt wear, they fit the 8mm shafts well with minimal clearance for great centering of the pulley.

I purchased a Tronxy timing belt kit for my Tronxy X5SA pro printer. I was not happy with it because the belt was loose. Rather than print up some sort of tensioner for it, I decided to try using slightly larger pulleys. I purchased 2 30 tooth pulleys to replace the 24 tooth pulleys that came from tronxy. It is a tight fit but it works. something between 24 and 30 teeth would also work.

Did the job and is still chugging along.
