I'm almost done with the whole jar and I really feel a difference in my hair, skin, and nails. My nails are almost shiny sometimes. It could be because of other things I've been doing but I feel like these help a lot.

Je l’ai commandé deuxième fois ! Je suis très contente ! Très bon complément alimentaire pour les cheveux, la peau et les ongles. Après quelques semaines d’utilisation, mes ongles sont plus solides et mes cheveux semblent plus forts et brillants. Le dosage en biotine est élevé, avec en plus du zinc et du sélénium, ce qui est un vrai plus. Les comprimés sont faciles à prendre et le format 180 tablets dure longtemps. Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande pour une cure beauté complète.
