A great tasting gluten-free breadcrumb that can be used for coatings and for meatloaf and meatballs. It does have a bit of sodium.

This was interesting - I love Schar products, so decided to try these. This product came in an unmarked bag, folded and taped, which kind of made me wonder. However, the product is perfectly fine, good breadcrumbs, very finely ground, and I was able to use a different container I had to store them. So far it seems like a good value.

I had searched for awhile for GF Bread Crumbs and was pleased to find this great Schar's product. Now I can go back to some recipes that I had left behind. Thank you again, Schar, for another GF product.
