It is the perfect size for carry-on luggage. The handle fit my grip very well, and the wheels roll very smoothly. Besides, it fits surprisingly a lot inside. It is worth for the money.

Love this bag! I’m super picky about luggage! I wanted a carryon piece with the maximum allowable capacity and great wheels! The color (Gun) is also very nice, something a little different than black, but won’t show typical dirt and scuffs that happen when checking bags. This fits perfectly. With the inside zipper compartment you can really compress clothing to fit in the maximum amount without even using the expandable zippers. I’m so amazed how much I can fit into the bag - just what I wanted! Edit - I had a few problems with the bag getting dinged, and the handle acting up, I reached out to the suppliers, NINETYGO - they responded quickly, and resolved issues by sending new bag! Highly recommend!

This carry-on luggage is extremely durable and well-made. I love the double spinner wheels, they make traveling a breeze. The grey color is wonderful and hoping my many travels this summer to Europe don't reveal too much scratching. Wanted an SAS approved carry-on and this REALLY fits the size and comfort for airport traveling I was looking for. Cannot wait to take this new baggage to Europe this summer !!

Worked perfectly. Only used once so hopefully it'll last a long time.

Purchased during Prime Days, so we got a good deal on the 3-piece set. Nice shade of blue, easy to roll, but my husband didn't like the design and said for him it was slippery, he was looking for something more textured. Returned the luggage and now on the search again!

It's only been on one trip, but it did fine. This suitcase doesn't come with a bunch of little compartments or gadgets, and I like that about it too!

So, I am going to update and upgrade my review with a long description as to why. So, I took both the 28" and 20" on an overseas trip. I have never had new luggage before. The set I had before this was my late father's and while it did the job, it was dated in terms of size and functionability . So, I bought this set for the trip. First time out the lock broke and left my luggage exposed to both tampering and theft as there was no security (see picture) Now after returning home, I reviewed this product with a two-star (Was Titled: DO NOT USE IF FLYING) [Original Comment Lock broke on the first use. If you are thinking of flying a would think twice! This was the first time out and the result is in the picture below. IF YOU ARE FLYING DO NOT BUY!!] for the simple fact that on the first trip this product did not hold up to air travel, two flights. Yes, the space in the luggage is fine, and it rolls great, but there was no security. The lock was GONE, not popped off hanging or anything like that, just gone. So, after the review I was contacted by the company even before I could get myself together to get a claim started with them. They graciously shipped me a second complete set to replace the luggage that broke. So, I want to explain why three stars instead of four. First the outreach from the company is great. After the review they worked to get me a whole new set. It arrived in a timely manner. That combined with my original review is why this goes from 2 to 3 stars. You do not round up when doing reviews. If I had originally reviewed this as a 3 star and the outreach, then yes this could be a 4. But I stand by the original 2 stars because of the flight, 5 starts for customer service, leaving an average of 3.5 which in reviewing I round down, not up. These look to be good suitcases for cruises and ground transportation. I will review this again after my next flight.

Great piece of luggage for 1/2 the price of bigger name brands. Works perfectly. Rolls easily. Will buy again if needed.

As described seems like its built solid use once so far and was fine rolling around airport.
