Does anyone have the specifications for when it's folded flat?

It is approx 135cm tall by 70cm wide and 5cm thick.

Mine arrived in tatters and snapped. have returned but what guarantee have i that it wont arrive in same condition if i buy another one?

Mine arrived in good condition. The box did have slight damage to it so I would recommend that the supplier packages them more securely. I would not be with out mine it's a god send. At the point of re order I would ask for the package to have fragile on it.

Can you partially fold the drier to reduce the space it takes up if needed? Thanks

You can fold one side down or both sides down to reduce space.

Could I plug this into an extension lead? The plug is extremely short and won’t reach the plug in my utility room!

No they advise you not to I must admit it is a very short lead though
