After years of coloring my hair and trying numerous brands, I can confidently say that this product stands out. I stopped using harsh, chemical-based hair dyes in my 30s after noticing the long-term damage they caused. Since then, I've chosen to use more naturally based hair color products to help maintain the health of my hair. What impressed me most about this brand was how soft, smooth, and shiny my hair felt immediately after coloring—it didn't have the dry or brittle texture I've experienced with other dyes. Additionally, the color has held up exceptionally well, even after a week of regular washing. Overall, this product delivered excellent color while leaving my hair looking and feeling healthy, making it one of the best natural-based hair dyes I've used and will continue using.

Great organic product. Does not damage the hair. Comes with a conditioning shampoo, Spa conditioner, gloves and an application brush. The instructions are very easy to follow, and the product is very easy to mix and apply. It leaves your hair soft and manageable. Be wise with the selection of color. Dark brown is really dark. Next time I purchase, I’m going a shade or two lighter. I highly recommend this product for anyone who would rather use natural henna to color their hair over chemically treating it with hair dye

I would have given negative infinity rating to this. This is my third purchase of this product in the USA. 1st one was good. 2nd one had different powder texture and the results were not as expected. After a year or so, ordered the third as it was delivering same day. Now, each of 4 packets within the box, have different colour and texture. Fooling the consumers!! Fraud company or brand or seller!! Amazon should have strict standards against the products being sold.

Based on reviews about longevity and full coverage, I was bit hesitant originally but gave it a shot given organic, PPD/Ammonia free. Each packet serves at a minimum of 2 coloring period at a minimum. It gave a me good coverage and long lasting for about 4-6 weeks which is normal with any hair dye. Overall, I am very satisfied and less worried about side effects from other brands harsh chemicals. It does not smell heavy chemical as other brands. It smells orange which I like. It does not trigger Asthama episodes from other chemical based hair dyes. Overall, I feel good about this and bought more of these lately

I have been using this product since 2019. It has been great for me with PPD sensitivity. It smells like oranges and is very easy to use. I also brought this to my hairstylist to color my hair, and she loved the gentleness and effective coloring. She found no damage to my hair despite my frequent use of the color. However, after four years of enjoying the product without any allergic symptoms, the reaction returned after the purchase this summer. Not only did the design of the box change, but so did the ingredients. Now they do not have the line "No PPD" on the box. (I wish they could notify us of the BIG change) I have to stop using it in the middle of the treatment because of a burning sensation and itchiness, leaving a very uncomfortable feeling on my scalp with a significant amount of fallen hair. I would have avoided using it if I had known the change. Since I trusted the product, I purchased 4-6 boxes at a time, so I still have 4 unopened boxes, but they are all in the newly designed boxes which I cannot use. I wish I could get the previous version of this hair color. If you have NO PPD allergies, please enjoy the product with its ease of use without any harsh smell. Update 4/29/2025: "NO PPD" has been added back to the box. I would appreciate it if others could share reviews confirming whether this is true. Thank you so much!

I really like the way my hair came out. And at least for a few days after washing it I had beautifully thick hair. I am on Nutrafol for thinning hair (which is working nicely). But for some reason after dying it my hair was thick. It’s back to its regular volume now lol. 2 negative things. I bought dark brown and like a few other reviewers my hair turned black. Now I had a lot of gray to cover so I left it on over an hour. Maybe that was the issue And it stains which was good for my scalp because it also stained it (like dying your brows the skin with no hair gets stained). So I looked like I had more hair. But my hands and sink also got stained Wear gloves. It’s 2 weeks now the black is still there even after hours of oil in my hair which used to work to take away excess dye. Slight bits of gray coming thru at the roots. You could probably get away with 4-6 weeks of color before you dye again I’m going to get medium brown and mix a little dark brown next time. The Morticia Adams look is too draining for my Mediterranean skin tone 😂

I liked the product but my scalp itches a lot. I will try once more and decide if I want to continue using it.

It made my scalp itchy even after 2 washes. My hair felt dry and frizzy. I followed all the instructions and applied carefully and waited for 30-40 minutes before I washed my hair. 90% gray coverage. I noticed excessive hair fall. I gave it a 2nd try but no luck. Gloves missing from the box. I wish I could return the product but I passed it assuming it might work magically.. Only good thing is, it is easy to apply. Overall, I don’t recommend this product at all.

Da ich vor ein paar Jahren auf chemische Haarfarbe allergisch reagiert habe, bin ich auf Pflanzenhaarfarbe um gestiegen. Da ich momentan meine Haarfarbe nicht bekomme, habe ich dieses Produkt ausprobiert. Leider habe ich die gleichen Allergischen Reaktionen wie bei der chemischen Haarfarbe bekommen. Dieses Produkt ist für Allergiker nicht zu empfehlen.

Very good color. Hold long to the hair follicles and leaves hair with a healthy shine. Follow the instructions as described. It is well packaged with clear directions on preparation. Would recommend.

I only conducted a patch test behind my ears and experienced a severe allergic rash with blisters. I suspect this product is not free from PPD or TOLUENE-2,5-DIAMINE SULFATE. Be cautious!

This is the second time I used this but I don't know why this time it is not working like before and it caused allergy problems may be there was wrong storage
