Casio Men's DW290-1V Classic Sport Watch

Got the watch today ..I like it, gud classic Casio stuff ,those who want a bit smaller than G shock ,go ahead.. 19/5/18. Working well with same battery. Attractive Time piece .

No watch case is there. Withot it case , it looks simple

Its nice. But looks like kids watch. You could Go for better options in this price

This watch is great - it has to be the best 200m dive watch with crystal glass screen for the price. It has a toughness that I would say is just as good as a GShock. The matt plastic case, for me is the perfect size, and is not massively oversized like most GShocks. It is also not undersized like the flimsy cheap casio digital watches. This watch still has the vastly superior EL light - which I'm lead to belive is being phased out on environmental grounds - which is a huge bonus. People have complained about several issues. The strap comfort - I have no issues. Its very comfortable. Screen legibility is great. The alarm is just as loud as a DW5600. If you like the aesthetic then buy this watch. To me there are no negatives.

This watch is killer for the price, as Casios typically are. Has all the base features like Timer, Stopwatch, and Alarms. Has a really great EL backlight too, much nicer than some cheaper models. Easy to read, and runs by the typical Casio 4-button system. I particularly like the chunky, somewhat retro aesthetic. This watch is famously known for making an appearance in the Mission Impossible movies, which is kinda neat, even though I haven't seen any of them haha. The resin band is pretty smooth and comfy, but its design allows for a really great lock on the remaining band that would be sticking out. Really great design on that, it never moves. I do cardio and workout in this watch and it does not get uncomfortable at all. At this price, one of the coolest Casios, it's a no-brainer.

Der Hauptgrund für den Kauf war natürlich, dass Tom Cruise genau dieses Modell in Mission Impossible getragen hat. Dass man so ein Stück Filmgeschichte für diesen schmalen Preis bekommt, ist echt eine feine Sache. Man hat direkt das Gefühl, ein bisschen Hollywood am Handgelenk zu tragen, ohne dass es aufdringlich wirkt. Im Alltag schlägt sich die Uhr echt gut. Was mich positiv überrascht hat: Sie ist trotz der markanten Optik super leicht und stört überhaupt nicht beim Tragen. Die Verarbeitung ist Casio-typisch robust, da muss man sich keine Sorgen machen, wenn es mal etwas grober zugeht. Die Bedienung ist simpel und alles funktioniert genau so, wie es soll. Ich trage sie mittlerweile richtig gern, weil sie einfach ein ehrlicher Begleiter mit dem gewissen Extra ist.
