I’m really happy with this zinc supplement. It didn’t give me any stomach upset at all, which is a big deal for me because most zinc products tend to be harsh. The zinc‑to‑copper ratio is spot‑on, so I feel good knowing I’m getting a balanced formula. Overall, it’s been an easy, reliable supplement to take, and my body handles it really well.

Don’t take on an empty stomach or it will make you sick (lesson learned the hard way) other than that lowkey feel more energized and I think my skin looks better

I ordered the zinc and copper capsules and I’m completely out now they are to help you with immune support muscle building radiant skin copper is vital for iron absorption because I had low iron and it also helps you with all your key functions in life believe it or not it helps you also if you have gray hair not to have gray hair that’s right iron also helps you reduces wrinkles so iron has so many beneficial factors and I’m gonna order this part again because I loved it so Much. I've tried a bunch of zinc supplements and I can recognize a quality one when I take it. This one is great, however I think the Copper is what causes them to smell and taste exceptionally "dank" compared to other ones I've tried. With that being said, take it with some milk and you'll be alright.

Great supplement, I like that the caps are openable. I prefer to just eat the powder myself and open up each capsule, consume the powder with fluid and then immediately dispose of the glucose capsule. Do note that the powder itself smells and tastes awful.
