I don't know if they do anything for me yet since I just started taking them. But I love the taste and hope it's as effective as it is delicious. They look clean and there is absolutely NO garlic smell.

Purchased these for my husband who loves black garlic. He likes the 'peeled cloves' because sometimes he just eats them right out of the jar. Black garlic is much more mild than raw garlic. It has a slightly sweet flavor. It's a great way to introduce lighter garlic flavor in any dish you use garlic in. I like that it is in a glass jar. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
