Nice radio
This is a cute radio. It is a much smaller version of the classic Telefunken Jubilate model. The bluetooth connected to my Samsung tablet right away and I was able to play my music library. The radio works really well. It is smaller than expected but looks great and has rich sound, something that being spoiled by great stereo equipment and FM radio stations in the 1970's I miss. It is stereo too. I would certainly buy it again.

A very solid Performer with Great Bluetooth and Great Potential
I’ve been putting the Prunus J170 through its paces, and overall, I’m giving it a thumbs up. It’s a well-made, good-looking radio that performs well, though it’s worth noting that it is best appreciated when you understand its strengths and limitations. The Highlights: Bluetooth Performance: This is a standout feature for me. I frequently pair it with my phone or tablet, and the range is pretty good—I can have the source device on one end of my home while I’m several rooms away, and the connection remains excellent. AM/FM Reception: For standard listening, the reception is pretty good. On a scale of 1–10, I’d rate the radio experience as a 7; it’s very reliable for everyday use. Shortwave Capability: Shortwave works great, but you really need to be listening at or near sundown or after dark to pick up those broadcasts. Pro-Tip for Shortwave: To get the best performance, I highly recommend making a long-wire antenna. I made a 10-foot antenna using 14-gauge automotive wire with a stainless steel alligator clip that attaches right to the telescoping antenna (as shown in my attached photo). It makes a world of difference. Areas for Improvement: Missing Accessory: It would be a fantastic addition if the manufacturer offered a simple long-wire antenna as an optional accessory. Battery Design: My biggest critique is that the battery is not user-replaceable. If the battery fails prematurely, the whole radio could become e-waste, which is a shame given the quality of the unit. I believe it uses an 18650, which should be easily accessible for the end-user. Final Thoughts: I’ve included a video review alongside this to demonstrate the shortwave setup and show the radio in action. You’ll also spot my cat, Clara, making her debut as an inspector in the video—I have my suspicions that she’s secretly working for the FCC, but since she’s a natural on camera, I let her stay! Despite the battery and accessory suggestions, I’m very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it.

Cute and used a lot.
Small rechargeable bluetooth am/fm radio with great sound. Antenna is a bit limited where I have it in the kitchen but mainly used for bluetooth capability. Charge lasts a good amount of time and charges quickly.

SO cute and does the job!
I love it. It sounds pretty decent and it's fun flicking the switch from radio to bluetooth. It was easy to pair with my phone, but actually in this day and age it's quite novel having a radio in the house so I've been listening to that instead. Love!
