Will this work with an iPhone 12 Pro max as the camera while shooting horizontally on .5x?

I used the 11 pro max and it worked ...

teleprompter size is about 246x220mm

I assume this can be used with the sony zv-1, which does not have a thresed lens. i can set it up on a table in front of the camera, correct?
