Nice Recliner
I’ve been wanting a recliner for years but they’re not cheap. I finally decided I was getting myself one for Christmas. I spent days on here trying to find the perfect one at a decent price. I did not want to pay $500+. The reviews on this one are mixed but I kept coming back to this one. I am glad I got this recliner. It looks nice and looks so much better in my living room than the previous chair I had. It’s not super overstuffed fluffy comfy but it is comfortable. It rocks, it swivels, it fully reclines. The “massager” is really just different modes of vibration but it’s still nice. If you want to pay $4k for a chair that actually knead massages more power to you. There are several different modes you can choose. I like auto because it cycles through all of the modes. It has a heat function which is really nice and useful in the winter. You can set a timer for how long you want to massage and or heat. The box it came in was pretty heavy. Thankfully my daughter was home and was able to help me get it into the house. Everything was shoved into the bottom of the chair and some things took a lot of all of your weight to pull them out. The back of the chair was vacuum sealed so I cut that open and let it fluff up while putting the rest of the chair together. The instructions are easy and it wasn’t difficult to put together. The only thing I asked for help with was putting the arm covers on. It was easier with 2 people. It did not take long at all to put together. Everything just slips into place. The arms are the only thing that takes full on assembly. Once those are done like I said everything just slides into place.

My 73 year old mom practically put it together herself!
My 73 year old mom practically put it together herself! I had to have a major surgery so was looking for a chair to recover in. I also didn't want to spend a lot since I didn't know if I would like it. After researching recliners I knew I wanted a recliner that was manual, could swivel and had heat, massage, cup holders, pocket for storage, and I didn't want fabric but preferred leather , vinyl, or fake leather. I originally looked at a site that starts with a "w' and narrowed it down to this and a few other chairs but when I went to place the order the shipping was almost as much as the chair. So I checked Amazon and found the same chair with a much smaller shipping cost. I must admit the reviews scared me but then again there were minimal horrible reviews so I took the chance. It arrived earlier than expected and got left outside of my front gate. My mom was able to roll the box to my garage, open it, and bring it in piece by piece. We watched the video which was helpful. It says it requires 2 people to setup but my mom did most of it herself as I just watched since I was recovering from a major surgery. The hardest part to do was expanding the metal frame in the arm pieces and locking it in to place. Eventually my daughter came home and was able to help my mom expand the frame in the other arm. Then it was just a matter of sliding the pieces into place. So far the chair is comfy and the recline is perfect for watching our TV. As most people said the massage is just vibration which I wasn't expecting much from but it's stronger than I thought. But definitely not a kneading massage which I already had prepared myself it would not be due to the reviews. It does feel good at the end of a long day though. Heat is ok and again, better than no heat. I have only had the chair for a week, and one day the legs wouldn't go down. After trying multiple things and flipping it over, we figured out that one of the retractable arms was too close to the wood of the chair. It was causing wood shavings. We then figured out that the black paper felt lining under the chair was getting all scrunched up under the arm that helps the chair retract so it couldn't click onto place, hence the wood shavings. We decided to just cut out the part of the felt so that it doesn't interfere with the arm and so far so good. But it's only been a couple days. I will update my review if it changes. So should you buy this chair? If you are looking for a chair with all the features listed, this is probably the cheapest chair you will find. Will it last forever? Probably not, but I looked at it as my introductory recliner with the possibility of it having issues due to the reviews, which It did. Hopefully there won't be many more. Also the fake leather is a little thin. So if you have a fur baby, there's a chance their paws/claws or nails can poke into it. I bought a chair cover to avoid this. All in all, so far I consider it a good purchase. And of course it went on sale for $100 cheaper 2 days after I bought it so if you actually get it for the sale price, I would consider it a great buy! But just be prepared for an issue just in case. I was willing to take the risk for the price.

Great chair, price, and seller
Purchased this chair for a cozy spot in the corner of my living room and couldn’t be happier. Comes in two separate boxes but assembly could not be easier, I recommend having a second set of hands to assure it goes smoothly. Vibration function is nice however I recommend putting the chair on a carpet or rug if possible as the vibration can get loud on a hardwood floor. Also had an issue with my chair where one of the arms was loose and moved side to side where it should be stationary and upon further inspection turned out I had a defective base and customer service could not have been more helpful and sent out a new base right away and it is now in good standing and works excellently. If I had to pick a fault I would have to say that it’s the back of the chair doesn’t recline unless the foot rest is out but other than that, it’s a great purchase for your money. Highly recommend this chair and company to anyone!!

Not great
Ordered this chair for my dad after a medical procedure required him to stay at a certain angle at all times, and limited walking. A recliner was recommended and I landed on this one. Heated, massage, and reclines (for both the required angle and for getting his feet elevated since he couldn't walk). I should have know better, but didn't want to spend a fortune on a chair. Plus with it being winter, and him only being a 115 pounds, I thought this was a good idea because it was heated and the message feature may help with recovery. The instructions for set up were fine. My sister and I got it together relatively quick. A few parts for the arms were faulty (welding in place on an angle), so we had to leave a few of the plastic pieces off. Got it together, tried it out. The heat worked, but the massage is a joke. My sister described it best, it just sounds like a loud cat purring. There isn't even a vibration. I brushed it off. Oh well, no massage and the arms don't have all the support pieces, we could get through that. I had to have something ASAP. And then day 2, the foot rest started falling. I can't image at 115 pounds it was because of his weight. There is no reason that it should be falling immediately. We were forced to put objects underneath the foot rest to keep it up. I was left with no choice but to buy a second chair from a store, because I could not trust ordering one online again.

Comfortable but a pain to put together.
3 stars because I was supposed to get it on a Friday and instead received it the following Monday. Which wouldn't be so bad but it kept saying it would be here between this time and that time. Only to never change or update until many more hours passed. They shipped via UPS which apparently doesn't have my delivery instructions, as I have a specific place for deliveries. Instead, They dropped it in the middle of my driveway. 100+ pound package I then had to lug up stairs and over obstacles because Amazon didn't give UPS my instructions. It has nothing to do with the product but I don't know where else to share this information and other people should be aware I think. That said, the chair is extremely comfortable, If not a giant pain to put together. It's simple, but stretching the cover over the frame isn't mentioned anywhere and it should be. It is a pain. It's not easy. I can imagine elderly or handicapped people having extreme difficulty with it. Once together it is very very comfortable for me a 250 pound man. It doesn't feel cheap. I have bought so many desk chairs and office/gamer chairs that would last a year or two and then break . I hope to have finally solved that problem with this chair. it looks promising. I will update this in the future if it breaks or holds up well e

Great, comfortable chair at a good price
I needed a recliner/chair for my bedroom. Ordered this & it has been just what I wanted. Can spend a lot of time sitting in it & still be comfortable. Swivel ability helps very much. Recline feature is easy to pop out, a little difficult to close back. Not difficult to put together. Just a few big pieces (arms & back on the base chair). For this price, it's a nice, comfortable chair. Very satisfied.

Comfortable for the price
It is a great chair for the price but the bottom did wear out on mine after 3 years but could have been me because o over used it and I never put the leg rest down so I would just swing my leg over and sit how and always rocked in it and spun around it to but the heat is nice and warm hey hot sometimes but that fine the massaging is just a vibration that I don’t use as much and the power block dose tak buy two spots on a outlet or a power strip but that was expected but great chair for it’s price is it the best chair no but it is good if you’re not looking to drop a lot of money on a chair and it’s easy to put together but the chair is heavy but only if you are trying to move it to a different location so make sure you have it were you want it to stay not terrible difficulty to me just slightly difficult with the rocking and swinging when trying to move it

Bent after a couple of months use.
I've had this chair for 4 months and it's already stopped rocking properly. The metal frame slis bent almost everywhere and it doesn't go back anymore. Not worth the cost for how low quality the mechanical components are. Save your money and get something better. It is comfortable but only of you don't use it as a rocking chair.

Awesome chair!!
The arm sides are the most challenging but ok very easy instalation. You need to just be patient in pulling and velcoring the areas of the arm sides. Best buy ever !! Heat great, massage awesome! Worth the buy.

Mala calidad
Vinipiel de mala calidad, viene rasgado y mal empacado, el sistema de 'masaje' es solo vibración. La conexión electrica es mala. Pésima compra

Good for price
I had read reviews and wasn’t sure about it but I am happy with purchase. Delivery: Box is heavy and awkward, there aren’t any handles. Delivery person dropped it and broke box open. Inside was packaged well enough there wasn’t any damage. It does say on box, 2 people are needed. Assembly: There is some assembly required. Instructions were clear and it didn’t take us very long. The arm padding was something people were complaining about. It does come with a zipper and the stuffing is replaceable. I added more (old fabric I had laying around) on one side before we put the cover over the metal frame. I’ll see how the other one holds up but will likely be adding some to it. Comfort and Size: Seat is pretty comfortable, it is not stiff like some. The manual recline is not hard to put back down. The fabric does look a bit wrinkled on the sides but doesn’t bother us. I haven’t tried anything to smooth it out. Size is great for us. Tall people may find it small (5’10” and feet hang over foot rest just above ankles). Overall we are happy with it. We wanted a swivel, rocker, recliner and the seat vibration and lumbar heat are a bonus.
