This product is probably the best you’ll get for a non-commercial machine. You can tell it’s high quality when you turn it on from the sound of the motor. It sounds like an industrial fridge. Not loud. You can just hear the power of the motor.

If I could give the Whynter rolled ice cream maker 100 stars, I would! This appliance was the “premier act” at our Christmas Eve family gathering. We did not, however, use it to make the ice cream, we instead used it as a cold slab to mix in pecans, candy, coconut, brownies, peanut butter, caramel, and fudge into premade ice cream. And it worked PERFECTLY as a make shift Cold Stone Creamery slab. SO MUCH FUN!!! We have already been asked to bring it to our family’s New Years Eve party! This is a must-have appliance for your home, especially if you like unique experiences and delicious ice cream!

We bought this ice cream maker as a Christmas gift for our family. We have used it several times following the basic recipe included. This ice cream maker works very well and the family has a blast creating custom recipes and rolling the ice cream. This is a great maker and I can’t recommend it enough!
