Worthy of a try!
Have only used a short time but I feel it's made a difference in focus and energy level. I see positive results with memory as well. Pleasant tasting and easy to take daily is a plus!

I bought Lions Mane mushrooms at Natural Grocer until they stopped selling them because "they were so expensive. not enough people bought them to keep them in stock". $14 for one mushroom really was a lot. Now I'm using this supplement and don't think my memory is any different. Flavor is fine, easy to take.
