Good stuff.
I take it with カリウム, zinc, VitD and Daily Multiples. It works for me. Feeling stronger at 68+!

Too soon to tell
Not sure if it is working since it has only been 2 weeks. The first two nights I slept better and a few other nights. I guess we shall see.
