If I could give 10 stars I would! I bought the high spec 'Life' version and even at what I paid (£349) I think it is crazy value for money and I shall most definitely be renewing again after 12 months. It has provided invaluable data and intelligence, supporting my cardiac issues, sleep management, exercise regime, rest, recovery management eating times and so much more. The user interface and experience is very. Battery life of over a week and quick recharge means I'm never without it (with the clip-on charger you can charge it while using it at the gym etc. I thought my Apple Watch and phone were good, but this is on a totally different level. In my case it's literally a life-changer.

. I have been using an apple watch connected to apple health. My reason for buying the whoop top of the range HG band was to be able to wear my normal watch rather than the apple watch. The whole quality and feel of whoop in comparison is disappointing especially the build quality, the clumsy interface and particularly the ECG function. The unit doesnt feel as robust as an apple watch but I was happy that it seemed to work for the normal metrics. However the ecg function the major selling point of the HG model was nearly unusable . The phone screen recording shows an erratic trace and whilst it reports correctly or seemingly correctly the failures of taking an ecg are about 1 to 1 which is irritating. The apple watch is better, wait for the expected apple band or if your in between making a decision go for apple

If you’re a health data enthusiast, this device is perfect for you! I’ve been using it alongside my Garmin and it provides complementary data. Whoop focuses more on health data offering valuable insights into recovery and behaviour. While it’s not a replacement for a runner’s or sports device, it certainly offers a better overall picture of your health.

Comfortable, stylish, easy to use, and most of all the app offers an incredible number of health insights. Blows my fitbits away. Very long battery life. Very easy to wear 24/7.

I have had all fitness bands and watches but this one is the only true device that is super accurate with chat gpt Built in the amount of data that you can understand is immense and chat gpt tells you exactly how to sleep train with it it's like having a personal fitness instructor with you 24/7 well worth the money!

Terrible customer support. Amazon is telling me that I need to contact Whoop. Whoop is not responding. I have paid for one year the highest paid plan. No damage to the device. One morning just stopped working. I paid for insurance too. Terrible support.

Recently discovered Whoop and ended up getting the Life Membership. Loving it so far! Super lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and the sleep and recovery insights are amazing. Glad I made the switch.
